National
Youth Leader Training (NYLT)
The OCC-NYLT 2008 course is scheduled for Camp Squanto - Week 1, June 29 through
July 4, 2008. For more information, see the NYLT
course website or see the Camp
Squanto website. The course sign-up deadline is May 15, 2008.

The
2010 National Jamboree is coming. The Old Colony Council has always participated
in this event and intends to again in 2010. Check out our Jamboree page for
information on attending this great event!

Cub Scouting is a year-round family program designed for boys who
are in grade 1 through grade 5. Parents, leaders, and organizations
work together to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting. |

Boy Scouting is a year-round program for boys around ages 11 - 17.
Through the Boy Scout program, young men can achieve the core
objectives of strengthening character, personal fitness and good
citizenship. |

Venturing is a youth development program of the Boy Scouts of
America for young men and women who are around 14 through 20 years
of age. Venturing's purpose is prepare young people to become
responsible and caring adults. |
